Tino Morales
Senior Accountant
Tino specializes in correcting financial errors created or unresolved by other professionals. His career in accounting began working at a small accounting firm where he learned valuable experience and working one-on-one with clients. This experience allows him to offer clients a personalized service and attention others can’t offer.
Tino has worked with clients of all sizes, backgrounds, and has helped grow some to become multinational corporations. He has experience in a wide array of fields such as financial, real estate, healthcare, law firms, lending firms, as well as the oil and gas industry. He works closely with industry leaders to stay current with technological, accounting, and tax trends and regulations. Tino is interested in helping others and has organized community outreach programs to help underprivileged people receive accounting services to help them succeed. Tino believes everyone should receive high-quality services regardless of their background or situation.
Tino earned his Master’s in Accounting at University of Houston. Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Accounting from the University of Houston in 2006.
Marie Demene
Office Manager
Marie Demene is the office manager for Morales Financial, LLC. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures, manages the administration, and is the client’s point of
contact for the Firm.
Marie’s ongoing education has equipped her to oversee the firm’s marketing, technology, human resources, financial, and facilities management. Her ability to fluently speak three languages; French,
English, and Spanish, enables her to communicate with a wide variety of clients.
She studied History in France at Université de Provence until 2002. She moved to England to perfect her English and became a French teacher’s assistant. After that, she traveled to Peru and Houston, TX to begin working as an office manager for Morales Financial.
Outside of work, Marie enjoys teaching students French, watching movies, reading books, and biking with her friends and family.

Susan Adams
Director of Client Services
Susan Adams is an experienced Loan Officer with over two decades of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. Her deep understanding of the lending process, gained from various roles in post-closing and financial analysis, allows her to simplify complex financial situations for clients. Susan is known for her problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and a commitment to finding the best solution.
Driven by a genuine desire to help people, Susan transitioned into loan origination to work more directly with clients and assist them in achieving their homeownership goals. She approaches each client with a compassionate and understanding demeanor, whether they are first-time homebuyers or experienced borrowers. Her commitment to making a real difference in people's lives guides her in helping them navigate one of their most significant financial decisions.
Outside of her professional life, Susan's compassionate nature is also evident. She is a dedicated dog mom to three pups and enjoys being an active member of her community. Having spent years providing full-time care for family members, she brings a deep sense of empathy and dedication to all aspects of her life, making her a truly caring partner for anyone seeking a home loan.
